Hand harvesting of selected portions of our Sauvignon blanc vineyard commenced in late October. The golden fruit was then frozen solid and pressed slowly to yield a luscious syrupy juice.
Our berries are picked fresh for us each spring and then flash frozen and stored until we need them. The flavor is incredibly refreshing. Can be consumed like a spritzer with ginger ale or club soda. Goes well with vanilla ice cream. Can be included in a fruit salad for that extra zing....the possiblities are endless.

And while the nose is rather fruity, the palate isn’t overly so with rich flavors of chocolate, mint and tobacco joining the party. The medium tannins are there, but not overly aggressive. With another year or so in bottle they should integrate even more. Overall, this wine is medium on body but full on flavor.
